Cosmetic Teeth Brightening

Most clients notice a visible improvement after one session, with teeth appearing up to 4–10 shades brighter. Results vary depending on natural tooth colour, lifestyle, and long-term staining.

All clients are advised to complete a minimum of 2 sessions for the best results. Clients with heavier or long-standing staining (for example from smoking, coffee, tea, red wine, or age-related staining) may require 3 sessions for optimal brightness.

Sessions should be spaced approximately 2–3 weeks apart.

We offer discounted packages for 2 or 3 sessions, providing better value than single bookings. If you are unable to return for a second session, we recommend booking our 90-minute whitening session for the best possible one-off result.

Huge boost in confidence, brighter, smile, cost-effective, non-sensitive, up to 4 to 10 shades, brighter, instant results, remove stains/discolouration, long-lasting results.
Most clients do not experience any discomfort following treatment. However, some may experience mild sensitivity for up to 24–48 hours, which is completely normal and temporary.

We use gels suitable for sensitive teeth to minimise sensitivity. A desensitising gel can also be applied if required. If any irritation occurs, brushing with a sensitive toothpaste (such as Sensodyne) is recommended.

• Brush and floss your teeth before your appointment

• Avoid strongly staining foods and drinks (such as coffee, tea, red wine, curry, berries, and fizzy drinks) for 12–24 hours prior to treatment

• Do not attend your appointment with lipstick or heavy lip products

After your treatment, your teeth are temporarily more vulnerable to staining. For the first 48–72 hours, it’s important to follow a “white diet” to protect your results.

Focus on white or light-coloured foods and drinks, such as:

• Water (still or sparkling) • Milk, milkshakes, or white hot chocolate • White or light-coloured protein: chicken, turkey, white fish, eggs • Grains and carbs: white rice, pasta, plain noodles, white bread, crackers, couscous • Potatoes (boiled, mashed, or roasted without dark sauces) • Dairy: cheese, plain yoghurt, cream, butter • Light soups: cream-based soups (without tomato or dark spices) • Light fruits: bananas, peeled apples, pears • Herbs & seasonings: salt, pepper, mild spices (avoid dark sauces)

Foods & Drinks to AVOID:

Anything dark or strongly coloured can stain your teeth while they are sensitive, including:

• Coffee, tea, and herbal teas with colour • Red, black, or green wine • Fizzy or coloured soft drinks (stick to water) • Berries: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries • Tomato-based sauces, pasta sauces, ketchup • Pesto (green) or soy sauce • Dark vegetables: spinach, beetroot, red cabbage, kale • Dark chocolate or sweets • Curry, chili, or strongly coloured spices • Citrus fruits in large amounts (may irritate sensitivity) • Smoking or vaping

⚠ Important: Consuming dark or strongly coloured foods and drinks during the first 48–72 hours can cause your teeth to return to their original shade, undoing the results of your treatment.

Tips for Maintaining Results:

• Brush your teeth gently after meals using a sensitive toothpaste if needed • Drink plenty of water to rinse away any staining particles • Avoid staining foods and drinks as much as possible in the days following your session for longer-lasting results

This is a cosmetic treatment and is not recommended for:

• Anyone under 18 years of age • Pregnant or breastfeeding clients • Clients with epilepsy

Important: If you have recently visited a dental hygienist, we recommend waiting up to 4 weeks before your whitening session to reduce sensitivity.

Results can last up to a year or more, depending on lifestyle, diet, and oral habits. Many clients report that results last even longer with proper care.

To maintain your bright smile, we recommend a single 60-minute top-up session approximately 3–8 months after your initial course. This helps refresh your results and keep your teeth looking their brightest.

Composite bonding can appear brighter when treated alongside your natural teeth, especially with a minimum of 2 sessions. Many clients notice that whitening improves the overall appearance of their smile, making natural teeth and bonded areas look more harmonious. Teeth whitening works primarily on natural teeth. Crowns (and veneers, bridges) do not chemically change colour, as they are made from materials that cannot be whitened.

However, many clients notice that it does appear brighter and more harmonious after whitening. This happens because the surrounding natural teeth are lightened, which improves the overall appearance of the smile.

Fillings: Teeth whitening works on natural teeth only. Fillings do not chemically change colour.

However, many clients notice that their fillings appear more harmonious after whitening, because the surrounding natural teeth are lightened, giving a brighter, more balanced smile.

Non-invasive body contouring/lymphatic drainage

For the best results recommend 6-10 sessions, a minimum of 3-5 sessions every 10-14 days to help balance and restore your system to show visible results. Most clients see visible results from just two sessions with the correct after care.

RF Facial Slimming and Lymphatic Drainage Facial

You will need a minimum of 2 to 6 treatments for optimal results.
In radio-frequency skin tightening, practitioners employ an electromagnetic device to produce heat that prompts the production of collagen, elastin and new skin cells. this non-invasive facelift procedure, effectively tightens, and elevate sagging skin, as well as breaking down fat.
Starting off with a lymphatic drainage facial, the massaging technique promotes the movement of lymphatic fluid, which therefore reduces swelling and puffiness in the face as waste products and bad bacteria, which gets flashback to your bloodstream, which will then need to be removed via your stool/urine. Radiofrequencies skin firming treatments utilise clinically validated devices that emit brief bursts of energy to revitalise existing dermal tissue while stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin within the body, resulting in a snatched/slim face.
