• Each session combines 5 powerful treatments for the best results:

• This treatment is for one body area only (e.g., full stomach, full back, thighs, or arms). If you wish to treat two areas, please book under our 360 Body Contouring package.

• Many clients notice a visible difference after 2–3 sessions, though 6–10 sessions are recommended for optimal and lasting results.

• Results are permanent with correct diet and lifestyle; however, fat cells can return if lifestyle habits do not support maintenance.

• Before completing your Klarna payment, please check available appointment slots under ‘Book a Treatment’ on our home page.

• Select ‘🛍️ Klarna Pre-Paid’ to pick your slot without paying a deposit.

• Once a slot is selected, it will be reserved for 12 hours. Klarna payment must be completed within this time or the slot will be released.

• You must be 18+ to receive treatment. A full consultation and consent form will be completed at your appointment.

• Kindly note: For appointments paid via Klarna, a 5% contribution of the total amount will be required in cash on the day, due to the high processing fees involved. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.

• In the event of a cancellation, Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment via your confirmation email.Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes outside this timeframe incur a £30 fee.New bookings will require a new deposit.

• A 30% deposit is taken for all packages and is non-refundable as stated on our home pagE

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.Arrivals after this may incur a £10 late fee.Appointments 25+ minutes late will need to be rebooked with a new deposit.

❌ Who Cannot Have This Treatment?

For your safety, please do not undergo this treatment if any of the following apply. This list includes medical conditions, medications, surgeries, and other contraindications.

⚠️ GENERAL CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Under 18 years old

• Pregnant or breastfeeding

• Active skin infection, rash, or irritation in the treatment area

• BMI over 35

⚠️ MEDICAL CONDITIONS

• Uncontrolled diabetes (especially insulin-dependent)

• Autoimmune diseases (e.g. lupus, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis)

• Liver disease or elevated liver enzymes

• Kidney disease or impaired renal function

• Thyroid disorders (including hyper/hypothyroidism)

• Cardiovascular disease (e.g. stroke, angina, heart attack)

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Epilepsy (unless stable and cleared by a doctor)

• Bleeding/clotting disorders (e.g. haemophilia, thrombophilia)

• Active cancer or cancer treatment within last 5 years

• HIV or Hepatitis B/C

• Severe asthma or uncontrolled respiratory conditions

• History of keloid scarring or hypertrophic scarring

• Auto-inflammatory skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea) in treatment area

⚠️ MEDICATIONS THAT MAY INTERFERE

• Mounjaro (Tirzepatide)

• Ozempic (Semaglutide)

• Saxenda, Wegovy

• Blood thinners/anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin, apixaban, aspirin)

• Steroids (oral or injected)

• Immunosuppressive medication

• Anti-inflammatory medications (ibuprofen, naproxen) within 48 hours of treatment

• Recent use of Accutane (isotretinoin) – must wait 6 months after last dose

• Chemotherapy or radiation therapy

• Any medication that impairs healing or affects fat metabolism (please consult us if unsure)

⚠️ SURGERY & OTHER FACTORS

• Recent surgery in or near treatment area (within 6 months)

• Recent cosmetic procedures (laser, microneedling, filler) in treatment area

• Metal implants, pacemakers, or electronic medical devices

• Allergy to any components used in treatment

• History of anaphylaxis or severe allergic reactions

If you are unsure about any medical conditions or medications, please contact us prior to booking, or speak with your GP. Honesty on your consultation form is essential for your safety.

📋 Pre-Treatment Preparation

• Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours before your session

• Stay well hydrated

• Avoid anti-inflammatory medication (ibuprofen, aspirin, etc.) for 48 hours prior

• Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing

• Eat a light, healthy meal before your appointment

🩹 Aftercare Instructions

• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and strenuous exercise for 48 hours after treatment

• Drink at least 2 litres of water daily to help flush out toxins

• Mild redness, swelling, or tenderness is normal and should subside within a few days

• Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and sun exposure for 5–7 days

• Light activity such as walking is encouraged to promote circulation

⏳ How Long Do Results Last?

• Visible results usually appear after 2–3 sessions.

• For best and permanent results, a course of 6–10 sessions is advised.

• Results are permanent when combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Fat cells destroyed during treatment do not return, but remaining fat cells can expand if lifestyle habits are poor.

❗ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a £50 fee

• Rescheduling allowed up to 48 hours prior via email confirmation

• Non-refundable deposits:

  • If you cancel after payment, for a 1-session booking, £30 will be deducted from your refund.

  • For bookings of more than one session, 40% of the total price will be deducted as a non-refundable deposit, even if paid via Klarna.
