Thank you for booking your training course with us, you’re taking the first step toward becoming a confident, high-earning Lash Artist.
We are proud to be one of the most in-demand and trusted academies, with students travelling from across the UK and overseas to train with us.
Your payment today is a non-refundable deposit, which secures your place and is deducted from your total course fee, at check out please select ‘pick up’ rather than ‘deliver’ to avoid a £5.99 check out fee.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your training.
Please make sure your email and phone number are entered correctly, as you’ll receive your confirmation email within 12–24 hours.

Total Duration: 2 days
- Day 1: 5 hours of theory + hands-on practice
- Day 2: 3 hours of live model practice
All students are required to bring a model for Day 2 of training.
You will only need to bring a notebook and pen.
£50 Lash Training Kit (Required)
Your kit will be used throughout your training and is yours to take home, providing you with the essential tools you need to begin practising straight away.
Payment for the kit is taken in cash on the day of your course.

Important Klarna Notice:
Due to high Klarna processing fees, a £20 payment in cash will be required on the day of training if you choose to pay via Klarna. This ensures all course costs are covered and your training experience is seamless.
Cancellations
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your training, your deposit cannot be returned.
Should you wish to book a new date in the future, a new £100 non-refundable deposit will be needed.
Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. If you need to move your training date, this can be done 72 hours prior to training, anything after that will require a new 100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a new slot.

Shipping
xWe can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Refunds & Returns
xAt Gigi's Beauty Studio, we strictly do not accept returns or refunds unless the item received is faulty or damaged. Below is our policy outlining the terms and conditions:
1. No refunds or returns:
• Refunds are not issued for any orders unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• If an item is damaged, we will happily exchange it for the same item once the damaged product has been returned to us.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items:
• Customers must notify us of any faulty or damaged items within 48 hours of receiving their package.
• Photo proof of the damage is required to process the replacement.
• All items are quality-checked before shipping, and CCTV footage is used to verify the packing process.
3. Incorrect Delivery Address:
• We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the order (shipping costs to be covered by the customer) or refund the item’s cost (excluding shipping fees).
• If the package does not return to us, we are not liable for its loss or damage.
4. Cancellation or Amendments:
• Once an order has been placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made due to the speed of processing.
• In exceptional cases where a cancellation is accepted, a processing fee will be deducted due to non-refundable payment provider charges.
5. International Orders:
• If the incorrect item is received for international orders, we will either ship the correct item or issue a refund for the missing item.
6. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable in all circumstances.
