Thank you for booking your Cosmetic Teeth Brightening Training Course, we’re excited to teach you!

Location: The full address will be emailed 48 hours before your course. We are based in NW2 7FQ.
Total Duration: 5–6 hours (single-day course)
What to Bring
All you need is a notebook and pen everything else will be provided on the day.
Model Information
Each student is required to bring 2 models:
9:00 AM Course:
• Model 1: 11:00 AM
• Model 2: 12:30 PM
2:30 PM Course:
• Model 1: 4:30 PM
• Model 2: 6:00 PM
Models must arrive at their scheduled times to keep the session focused and distraction-free.
Can’t find models? DM us on Instagram at least 48 hours before training and we’ll help you.

• £200 non-refundable deposit is included in the course fee.
• There are no refunds for your deposit.
• Rescheduling must be done within 72 hours of booking your course.
• Any rescheduling requests made after this period will require a new non-refundable deposit.
Shipping
xWe can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Refunds & Returns
xAt Gigi's Beauty Studio, we strictly do not accept returns or refunds unless the item received is faulty or damaged. Below is our policy outlining the terms and conditions:
1. No refunds or returns:
• Refunds are not issued for any orders unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• If an item is damaged, we will happily exchange it for the same item once the damaged product has been returned to us.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items:
• Customers must notify us of any faulty or damaged items within 48 hours of receiving their package.
• Photo proof of the damage is required to process the replacement.
• All items are quality-checked before shipping, and CCTV footage is used to verify the packing process.
3. Incorrect Delivery Address:
• We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the order (shipping costs to be covered by the customer) or refund the item’s cost (excluding shipping fees).
• If the package does not return to us, we are not liable for its loss or damage.
4. Cancellation or Amendments:
• Once an order has been placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made due to the speed of processing.
• In exceptional cases where a cancellation is accepted, a processing fee will be deducted due to non-refundable payment provider charges.
5. International Orders:
• If the incorrect item is received for international orders, we will either ship the correct item or issue a refund for the missing item.
6. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable in all circumstances.
