• Once your slot is selected, it will be reserved for 12 hours. Klarna payment must be completed within this time or the slot will be released.

• You must be 18+ to receive treatment. A medical consultation and consent form will be filled out on the day of your appointment.

• Kindly note: For appointments paid via Klarna, a 5% contribution of the total amount will be required in cash on the day, due to the high processing fees involved. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.

• In the event of a cancellation, Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment via your confirmation email.Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes outside this timeframe incur a £30 fee.New bookings will require a new deposit.

• A 30% deposit is taken for all packages and is non-refundable as stated on our home page

Medical Conditions:

• Uncontrolled diabetes

• Autoimmune conditions (e.g. lupus, MS, rheumatoid arthritis)

• Liver or kidney disease

• Thyroid disorders

• Heart disease or recent stroke

• Uncontrolled blood pressure

• Epilepsy (unless cleared by a GP)

• Bleeding or clotting disorders

• Active cancer or recent treatment (within 5 years)

• HIV or Hepatitis B/C

• Severe asthma

• Keloid scarring history

• Facial skin conditions (e.g. eczema, rosacea, psoriasis)

Medications That Interfere:

• Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, Saxenda

• Blood thinners (warfarin, aspirin, apixaban)

• Steroids or immunosuppressants

• Anti-inflammatories (within 48 hours of treatment)

• Accutane (within the past 6 months)

• Chemotherapy or radiation

• Any medication that affects fat metabolism or healing

Other:

• Recent surgery or cosmetic procedures on the face (within 6 months)

• Allergy to Lemon Bottle ingredients

• History of anaphylaxis or severe allergic reactions

📋 Pre-Treatment Preparation

• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours

• Stay well hydrated

• No anti-inflammatory medication 48 hours before

• Eat a light, healthy meal before your appointment

• No caffeine on the day

• Arrive with a clean face (no makeup or skincare)

🩹 Aftercare Instructions

• Do not touch or massage the treated area

• Mild swelling, bruising, or firmness is normal

• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and strenuous activity for 48 hours

• Drink at least 2 litres of water daily

• Avoid saunas, steam rooms, sun exposure, and facials for 5–7 days

• Results begin to show within the first week and improve over 2–4 weeks

• Multiple sessions may be needed for full results

❗ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a £50 fee

• Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance via email

• Non-refundable deposits (including Klarna):

  • 1 session: £30 deducted if cancelled

  • 2+ sessions: 40% of total cost is non-refundable
